PROF Provides third-party qualification & certification for nondestructive testing (NDT) personnel whose specific jobs require knowledge of the technical principles underlying the NDT they perform witness, monitor or evaluate.
Specialised in for Oilfield Services Equipment Inspection including:
(OCTG, Drilling Rig, Drill String Components, Special Drilling Tools, Flange, Valve, Tank and etc.)
We shall provide our client a certifying, quality and guaranteed performance services including but not limited to:
- Assist our client in resolving NDT technical problems , technical investigation, Internal/External audit and periodic surveillance and evaluation .
- Help to set up proper inspection schedules, preventive maintenance procedures and monitoring systems.
- Training and certification of personnel as per employer’s written practice.
- Verification of qualifications and certifications of NDT personnel.
- Non periodic and periodic surveillance and evaluation to qualify and certifying the NDT Operation and Technicians in order to growth there skills , information & Experience
- Managed and assists in Failure Investigation
- Help to set up proper inspection schedules, preventive maintenance procedures and monitoring systems.
- Developing and/or reviewing written practices for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel
- Developing and reviewing client’s NDT procedures
- Representing in discussions with customers, sub-contractors, auditors, etc. with regards to your NDT Program including procedures and written practice.
- Reviewing & Approved training programmers and provide training set up new NDT programmers
